What I ate: June 24, 2024

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Wildgrain sourdough whole wheat. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Dinner: Prime rib (8.1 oz. cooked weight, with fat, previously frozen). Baked potato with butter and sour cream. Broccoli. And a half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

 

What I ate: June 23, 2024

Breakfast: Pancakes and sausage.

Lunch: Zucchini and bacon stir-fry and rice.

Dinner: Fried chicken patty sandwich with lettuce and mayo. 2.5 oz. sweet potato fries. Switchback ale.

 

What I ate: June 22, 2024

Breakfast: Eggs, toast, and ham. With Wildgrain sourdough whole wheat toast.

Lunch: Turkey and cheese garden salad. With lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, red onion, 2.2 oz. peppered deli turkey, a slice of provolone cheese, croutons, and ranch dressing.

Dinner: Cholula chili lime pork carnitas burrito bowl (290 cal). I saw this in the grocery store yesterday and thought I'd give it a try and it was good! I'll definitely keep these in the freezer in the future. Sauza horitos tequila.

 

What I ate: June 21, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Lunch: Ham and cheese garden salad. With lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, 1.9 oz. ham, a slice of Swiss cheese, croutons, and ranch dressing.

Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. Bove's marinara, 5 mini meatballs. A piece of Wildgrain sourdough bread garlic toast. Glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

 

What I ate: June 20, 2024

Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese.

Lunch: Buldak ramyon (new post), Korean spicy ramen, jjajang flavor (with spicy black bean sauce). This is supposed to be the mildest of the varieties but it still has a kick to it! I liked it!

Dinner: Chicken tikka masala (frozen) with a little added Indian red chili powder. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

What I ate: June 19, 2024

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.6 oz. ham. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Dinner: Barbecued chicken and baked beans.
