What I ate: August 13, 2022 |
Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Heidelberg whole wheat toast with butter, and 2 slices of bacon. Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.6 oz chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, and macaroni salad. Dinner: American-style soft flour tacos. With 3.0 oz. taco seasoned beef, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. And a sauza hornitos tequila. |

What I ate: August 12, 2022 |
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla. Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.9 oz. ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries, and a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño. Dinner: Jerk chicken and potato salad. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz. |

What I ate: August 11, 2022 |
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin. Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, macaroni salad. Dinner: Leftover Chicken Florentine from Jay's Place in Oneonta, NY with squash instead of pasta, previously vacuum sealed and frozen. And a glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc. |

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla. Lunch: Chicken salad croissant with 2.5 oz. chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, and a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño. Dinner: Steak and corn. With 3.4 oz. NY strip steak and 3 ears of corn on the cob with butter and salt. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon. |

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a slice of Heidleberg wheat toast with butter. Lunch: Turkey sandwich, with 3.4 oz. smoked turkey, lettuce, and mayo on a slice of Heidleberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries, a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño, and a dill pickle. Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz) with 2.8 oz. tater tots. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz. |

What I ate: August 8, 2022 |
Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice. Lunch: Roast beef on ciabatta roll. With 2.8 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce. With strawberries and blueberries, and a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. Dinner: Crumb pork chops (5.3 oz. before cooking) with rice, sautéed cabbage, and a half glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc. |

Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry with rice. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz. |
