Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 2 glasses of Proscecco.

Lunch: Quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds.

Dinner: Chicken sausage and peppers with sweet corn, mozzarella grits (460 cal). I ate the whole serving instead of saving some for lunch tomorrow. And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: January 15, 2022

Breakfast: Roasted breakfast hash from Real Eats (350 cal). And 2 glasses of Proscecco.

Lunch: Cheese hot dog, 2.5 oz. seasoned French fries, and a Switchback Ale.

Dinner: Tuscan steak with sautéed garlic kale, creamy Parmesan risotto (620 cal). And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

 

What I ate: January 14, 2022

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.

Lunch: Leftover green chili beef. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Dinner: Saag paneer with chana masala and saffron Basmati rice (Real Eats, 410 cal). I ate the whole thing instead of saving part for lunch tomorrow. And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: January 13, 2022

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin. Today was supposed to be sausage, but I forgot I was out of sausage patties.

Lunch: Leftover chicken fajitas. With pears and blueberries.

Dinner: Green chili beef with Mexican street corn, steamed brown rice (Real Eats, 500 cal). And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

 

What I ate: January 12, 2022

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.

Lunch: Leftover honey soy salmon.

Dinner: Shredded chicken fajitas with Cuban black beans, Spanish rice (Real Eats, 400 cal). And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: January 11, 2022

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a slice of Heidleberg whole wheat toast with butter.

Lunch: XCJ Dumplings (5) and rice.

Dinner: Honey soy salmon with sesame veg medley, hearty grains and mushrooms (Real Eats, 580 cal). And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvigon blanc.

 

What I ate: January 10, 2022

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Leftover Greek chicken. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.6 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. marinara, and 5 mini-meatballs. With 3 small slices of homemade garlic bread. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
