What I ate: February 20, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Tuna sashimi (5.6 oz) and rice with furikake. Cold sake.

 

What I ate: February 19, 2024

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Clam chowder (8.0 oz., 310 cal). Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil. Side Caesar garden salad with Romaine, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Caesar dressing. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Ty’s Taco-Ria soy and sesame chicken taco and 2 Muddy River social conformity hazy IPA at the Muddy River brewery in Oneonta, NY.

 

What I ate: February 18, 2024

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese, with 1.3 oz. wild cold smoked salmon on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a Cupcake Prosecco.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: February 17, 2024

Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Clam chowder (8.0 oz., 310 cal). Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil. Side Caesar garden salad with Romaine, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Caesar dressing. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Prime rib (7.1 oz. cooked weight, with fat). Baked potato with butter and sour cream. Broccoli. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: February 16, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Rana sausage ravioli (270 cal). 4.4 oz. Bove's spicy marinara. Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread (2 slices) with olive oil (previously frozen). And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: February 15, 2024

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Salmon BL (updated recipe) with 2.8 oz. French fries. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: February 14, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.5 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on a Wildgrain sourdough roll. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
