Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.0 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Miso marinated pork (3.7 oz). Rice. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: Thursday, March 13, 2025

Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Tonkatsu (3.7 oz.), rice, and sautéed cabbage. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: Wednesday, March 12, 2025

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Dinner: Wildgrain cheese tortellini (175 cal) with 4.5 oz. marinara. Two pieces of Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: Monday, March 10, 2025

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.6 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork. Rice. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: Sunday, March 9, 2025

Breakfast: Ham (2.4 oz). Scrambled egg. Breakfast potatoes (2.5 oz). A slice of Heidelberg wheat bread toast.

Lunch: Ham and cheese croissant with 2.8 oz. ham. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Japanese-style chicken curry (8.0 oz). Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: Saturday, March 8, 2025

Breakfast: Toasted everything bagel and bacon.

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.

Dinner: Baby back ribs. French fries (2.5 oz.). Homemade coleslaw. A Fiddlehead IPA.
