What I ate: March 30, 2023

Breakfast: Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.1 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg whole wheat bread. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips and a dill pickle spear. And a few Kettle Chips habanero lime from the bottom of the bag.

Dinner: Beef with snow peas stir-fry and rice. With 2.8 oz. beef. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: March 29, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño and a dill pickle.

Dinner: Crushed hamburger (4.0 oz. before cooking) with spinach. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: March 28, 2023

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg whole wheat toast with butter.

Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich with 2.7 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño, and a dill pickle. I forgot to take a picture but it looked like this:

Dinner: Beef with scallion and broccoli stir-fry and rice.

 

What I ate: March 27, 2023

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.3 oz. deli ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño and a dill pickle.

Dinner: Roasted chicken and cabbage stir-fry. With 2.8 oz. chicken. And a half glass of sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: March 26, 2023

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with red onion. And 1.5 mimosas.

Lunch: Fried chicken patty sandwich on a wheat hamburger bun with lettuce, 2.8 oz. tater tots, and a Switchback beer.

Dinner: Roasted chicken, rice, gravy, and asparagus and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: March 25, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, bagel, and bacon. With one egg, half of a blueberry bagel, toasted with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Chicken salad croissant with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on half a croissant, a few Kettle Chips habanero lime, and a dill pickle.

Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry, rice, and a glass of Bota Box cabernet savuignon.

 

What I ate: March 24, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, a few Kettle Chips Korean BBQ, and a dill pickle.

Dinner: Fish and chips and a Southern Tier 2X IPA beer. With 2.6 oz. French fries. Deep fried the French fries for 2 minutes. Deep fried the (refrigerated) fish for 1 minute. It was good. I could probably have eaten only half of it.
