Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with red onion.

Lunch: Bratwurst and sauerkraut, Wavy Lays potato chips, and a Switchback Ale.

Dinner: Salmon BLT (new recipe). This was good! And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

What I ate: May 27, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Pastrami Reuben sandwich with 2.7 oz. deli pastrami and a few potato chips. And a Guinness. And some more chips.

Dinner: Brooks barbecued chicken (wing and thigh, previously frozen), 2.6 oz. French fries. And a glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

 

What I ate: May 26, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission flour tortilla.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.1 oz. smoked deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread, a few Lays potato chips, and a dill pickle spear.

Dinner: Korean chicken BBQ (Kevin's Naturals, leftover from yesterday) and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: May 25, 2023

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.1 oz. smoked deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread, a few Lays potato chips, and a dill pickle spear. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Korean chicken BBQ (Kevin's Naturals) and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: May 24, 2023

What I ate: May 23, 2023

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg wheat toast with butter.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.2 oz. smoked deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg wheat bread, a few Lays potato chips, and a dill pickle spear.

Dinner: Fish and chips and a xxx beer. With 3.0 oz. French fries. Deep fried the French fries for 2 minutes. Deep fried the (refrigerated) fish for 1 minute. It's one third of a package of prepared, refrigerated breaded haddock from the grocery store.
