Breakfast: Melon and bacon at Mom and Dad's with my nephew.
Lunch: Mom's fried fish and rice.
Dinner: Mom's roast beef, gravy, rice and broccoli.

Breakfast: Mom's grapefruit and bacon
Lunch: Club sandwich at Denny's with Mom and my nephew.
Dinner: Mom's salmon, rice and broccoli.

Lunch: Mom's tuna sashimi, rice and daikon
Dinner: Mom's tempura - shrimp, fish, green pepper, asparagus and onion.
Breakfast: Mom's grapefruit, bacon
Lunch: Mom's fried rice with Mom, Dad, my nephew and my brother-in-law.
Dinner: Mom's steak
Breakfast: Waffles and sausage with Mom, Dad, my nephew and my brother-in-law.
Lunch: Mom's shrimp and egg stir-fry.
Dinner: Mom's steak (leftover) with spinach and rice.

What I ate: September 6, 2011
Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.
Lunch: Stir-fry of beef with snow peas and rice. With 3.2 oz. eye round roast beef.
Dinner: Homemade sausage and green pepper lasagna, a slice of wheat Italian bread and Cambridge & Sunset cabernet sauvignon, Sonoma California, 2009.

What I ate: September 7, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion.
Lunch: Stir-fry of zucchini and bacon.
Dinner: Fried chicken fingers, boneless Buffalo chicken 'wings' and French fries. And Ommegang Abbey Ale. Now that I'm in central upstate New York, Ommegang is local beer, which is kind of neat.

What I ate: September 8, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon , both previously frozen.
Lunch: Beef with scallions and bean sprouts. And rice.
Dinner: Tonkatsu , rice and sautéed cabbage. And I forgot to take a picture, but it looked pretty much like this.

What I ate: September 9, 2011
Breakfast: Sausage egg and cheese biscuit. With homemade turkey sausage , homemade buttermilk biscuit an organic egg and Cabot cheddar cheese.
Lunch: Twice-cooked pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry. With rice.
Dinner: Fish and chips . Beer battered cod, freshly made. I cheated and used frozen French fries, but seasoned them with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and cayenne pepper. And I made omemade tartar sauce. I used half of the Saranac lager in the beer batter and drank the rest. I also had a Ommegang Abbey Ale.

What I ate: September 10, 2011
Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.
Lunch: Sausage and green pepper stir-fry. With homemade turkey sausage . And rice.
Dinner: Steak, baked potato and broccoli. And 2 glasses of Finca Don Cano malbec.

What I ate: September 11, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion.
Lunch: Beef with broccoli and scallion stir-fry. With rice.
Dinner: Chinese buffet at Iron Chef Buffet in Oneonta with Mom and Dad.

What I ate: September 12, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel , freshly baked, half butter with and half with cream cheese, with a side of bacon .
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
Dinner: Chicken paprika , rice and broccoli with sour cream sauce. 5.2 oz. chicken (before cooking). And 2 glasses of Anni Riesling.

What I ate: September 13, 2011
Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich with mayo, horseradish and lettuce on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips. 3.0 oz. of homemade eye of round roast beef.
Dinner: Wild sockeye salmon, spicy green beans and rice. I previously seared the salmon on the grill, then chilled, vacuum sealed and froze it. 45 minutes in the sous vide at 140°F from frozen and it was perfect! With 2 glasses of Red Cliffe sauvignon blanc, New Zealand.

What I ate: September 14, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon , both previously frozen.
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili with jalapeño skillet cornbread .
Dinner: Baby back ribs and seasoned French fries. With a Lake Placid Ubu Ale.

What I ate: September 15, 2011
Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.
Lunch: Beef with broccoli and scallions, rice.
Dinner: Sushi platter. Tuna sashimi, spicy tuna nori rolls and cucumber, avocado, carrot and tuna rolls. And a glass of Momokawa Pearl cold sake. Not a glass of milk. I'm not sure if I'm a huge fan, it's kind of like drinking a glass of alcoholic rice, but it was interesting to try.

What I ate: September 16, 2011
Breakfast: Pancakes and bacon . Both previously frozen. With Vermont maple syrup.
Lunch: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry.
Dinner: Plate of nachos : tortilla chips, taco seasoned ground beef, black beans, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. And homemade guacamole since today is National Guacamole Day.

What I ate: September 17, 2011
Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . It's in a plain Mission flour tortilla because my grocery store doesn't carry the Ricardo and Maria's whole grain tortillas and I don't like the other two brands they carry.
Lunch: Spicy sesame beef with snow peas and rice.
Dinner: Spaghetti, spicy Italian sausage, homemade tomato sauce and wheat Italian bread. And 2 glasses of Sangre de Vina malbec 2008.

What I ate: September 18, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion.
Lunch: Beef with broccoli and scallions, rice.
Dinner: Chinese buffet at Iron Chef Buffet in Oneonta with Mom and Dad.

What I ate: September 19, 2011
Breakfast: French toast from homemade whole grain anadama bread with bacon and 0.6 oz. Vermont maple syrup.
Lunch: Stir-fry of a zucchini and bacon. With rice.
Dinner: Roast beef, rice and asparagus. 5.8 oz. eye round roast beef, previously cooked, sliced, vacuum sealed and frozen. Reheated in the sous vide for 40 minutes at 133°F from frozen. I made a new batch of beef gravy . And the baby asparagus only needed 2 minutes in boiling water.

What I ate: September 20, 2011
Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese on a Barowski's whole wheat English muffin . With homemade sausage , Cabot cheddar cheese and one organic egg.
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili with jalapeño skillet cornbread .
Dinner: Filet mignon steak, baked potato and asparagus.

What I ate: September 21, 2011
Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . Reheat of the filling I made earlier in the week.
Lunch: Bacon , lettuce and tomato sandwich. On one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With mayo. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
Dinner: Tonkatsu , rice and sautéed cabbage. And a glass of Red Cliffe sauvignon blanc, New Zealand.

What I ate: September 22, 2011
Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.
Lunch: Homemade chana masala (previously frozen) and rice.
Dinner: Citrus marinated striped bass soft taco with salsa fresca and tortilla chips. And a glass of Urban Riesling.

What I ate: September 23, 2011
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin. With 3 slices of bacon , an organic egg, Cabot cheddar cheese on a Barowski's wheat English muffin.
Lunch: Twice cooked pork with scallions and noodles .
Dinner: Fish and chips . Beer-battered fried cod, with seasoned French fries and homemade tartar sauce. And a Saranac lager. Well 9 oz. of one. The other 3 oz. was part of the beer batter.

What I ate: September 24, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon , both previously frozen.
Lunch: Spicy sesame beef with snow peas and rice.
Dinner: Cheeseburger. With homemade ground beef (made from chuck steak), Cabot cheddar cheese on a Barowski's wheat hamburger bun. With a few more Doritos. And bread and butter pickles.

What I ate: September 25, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.
Lunch: Stir-fry of shrimp and white onion with spinach . I defrosted the shrimp for dinner last night, intending to make shrimp scampi with spinach but I decided I was more in the mood for a cheeseburger last night, so I had a last minute meal change, and some extra shrimp.
Dinner: Chinese buffet at Iron Chef Buffet in Oneonta with Mom and Dad. I didn't take pictures, but it's safe to say my plates looked almost exactly like last week .
What I ate: September 26, 2011
Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . And a small orange juice, part of the leftover OJ from yesterday's mimosa.
Lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With mayo. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
Dinner: Filet mignon steak, baked potato and broccoli with butter and sour cream.

What I ate: September 27, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon , both previously frozen.
Lunch: Pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry, rice.
Dinner: Fried chicken fingers, boneless Buffalo chicken 'wings' and seasoned French fries. And a glass of Urban Riesling.

What I ate: September 28, 2011
Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . A quick reheat of the filling I made a few days ago, today.
Lunch: Stir-fry of zucchini and 1 1/2 slices of bacon. And rice.
Dinner: Italian sausage spaghetti and garlic bread.
