What I ate: July 1, 2016

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Lunch: Mackerel, rice and sautéed spinach.

Dinner: Chicken and cheese enchilada with rice and refried beans.

What I ate: July 2, 2016

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito . And a mimosa.

Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun with a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomatoes and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a Goose Island Summer Time Kölsch.

Dinner: Mom's salmon, rice and broccoli at the lake with the family.

What I ate: July 3, 2016

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Lunch: Mom's fried rice at the lake with the family.

Dinner: Roast beef, rice, gravy and asparagus at the lake with the family. And 2 glasses of Purple Cowboy Tenacious Red 2013.

What I ate: July 4, 2016

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a Salzburger Stiegl.

Dinner: 2 slices of Digiurno rising crust frozen supreme pizza. And 2 glasses of Bota Box zinfandel.

What I ate: July 5, 2016

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette . Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. With a homemade buttermilk biscuit (previously frozen).

Lunch: Veggie chicken patty sandwich on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, dill pickles and mayonnaise. And a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's Thousand Island dressing.

Dinner: Pork with scallion and broccoli stir-fry . And 2 glasses of Bota Box zinfandel.

What I ate: July 6, 2016

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Lunch: Spicy Indian veggie burger with cucumber yogurt sauce with a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.

Dinner: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry . And a half glass of 90+ New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

What I ate: July 7, 2016

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's roasted garlic and black pepper dressing.

Dinner: Salmon, rice and sautéed spinach. And a half glass of Matua New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

What I ate: July 8, 2016

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger . And a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing. And a Adirondack tangerine summer dream. The beer was fruity, but quite delicious!

Dinner: Veggie sausage and green pepper stir-fry .

What I ate: July 9, 2016

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito . And a mimosa.

Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a Long Trail Ale. And some more chips from the bottom of the bag.

Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian sausage . With 2.0 oz. pasta, 4.0 oz. marinara, and 1 Italian sausage. And 2 glasses of Folonari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

What I ate: July 10, 2016

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Lunch: Turkey club sandwich with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips, a side salad, and a half glass of sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet in Oneonta, NY with Mom and Dad. And another plate of food I forgot to take a picture of.

What I ate: July 11, 2016

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Veggie chicken patty sandwich on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, dill pickles and mayonnaise. And a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's Thousand Island dressing.

Dinner: 2 slices of Digiorno supreme frozen pizza. And 2 glasses of Folonari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

What I ate: July 15, 2016

Dinner: Rib eye steak (2.2 oz.) and 3 ears of fresh sweet corn, the first of the season! And 2 glasses of Bota Box malbec.

Lunch: Veggie Buffalo chicken patty sandwich with a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.

Dinner: Bean sprouts with kamaboko and scallions . And a glass of sauvignon blanc.

What I ate: July 20, 2016

Dinner: Roast beef, rice, gravy and broccoli.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich , a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's Thousand Island dressing and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.

Dinner: Tingua poblana, pork with smoky tomato sauce and potatoes . And 2 glasses of Bota Box malbec.

What I ate: July 23, 2016

Dinner: 3.0 oz rib eye steak and 3 ears of fresh sweet corn with butter and salt.
